Conditions for non-commission of criminal offenses
In the case of an individual enterprise, the applicant must not have been irrevocably convicted of a. any misdemeanour prosecuted ex officio and committed with intent, for which a prison sentence of at least 2 years was imposed and b. any misdemeanour provided for by the provisions of Law 2168/93 and Law 3500/2006. Also, the applicant must not have been
prosecuted for: a. acts punishable as a felony, b. violations of the laws on drugs and protection of society from organised crime, terrorist acts, violations of provisions concerning fishing with explosives or toxic substances and violations of Article 15 of Law 2168/93, c. acts provided for

Description
The committee shall issue a decision after the inspection of the business. If the required safety measures are not complied with, the necessary measures to be established shall be indicated in writing within a specified period of time, after which the establishment shall be inspected again. If the party concerned fails to comply with the above instructions, there shall be a notification that the application will be rejected.
