An application for import indicating the details of the firearms, as well as the following information: (1) Surname, First Name, Fathers Name, Mothers Name, Date and place of birth, home address, ID or passport number, date of issue and issuing authority, occupation, telephone number and email. (2) In the case of a legal entity: Name or trade name and registered office, as well as the above mentioned details of the legal representative. It must be expressly stated that it concerns a merchant.

  • 4 Health In the case of an individual enterprise, the applicant must not be suffering from and have not been hospitalised for a major mental disorder or serious personality disorder. in any other form of business this requirement applies to all representatives and managers in the case of S.A. and limited liability companies and general partners in the case of general partnership companies and limited partnership companies.

  • 5 Conditions for non-commission of criminal offenses In the case of an individual enterprise, the applicant must not have been irrevocably convicted of a. any misdemeanour prosecuted ex officio and committed with intent, for which a prison sentence of at least 2 years was imposed and b. any misdemeanour provided for by the provisions of Law 2168/93 and Law 3500/2006. Also, the applicant must not have been prosecuted for: a. acts punishable as a felony, b. violations of the laws on drugs and protection of society from organised crime, terrorist acts, violations of provisions concerning fishing with explosives or toxic substances and violations of Article 15 of Law 2168/93, c. acts provided for in Law 3500/2006. In any other case of an enterprise, this requirement applies to all representatives and managers in the case of companies limited by shares and partnerships and to partners in the case of companies limited by shares and partnerships.

  • 6 Technical Deactivated weapons to be imported must be accompanied by a certificate of deactivation issued by an official verification authority of the country of origin.
