Urban planning
For the licence of the establishment of a Recovery-Rehabilitation Center, building installations are required according to the classification of the Centers of article 15, PD 395/1993 (GG 166/A/1993).
The building licence must indicate the use of the building or space for which the licence is requested or in any case the use indicated in the Identity of the building according to article 5 of Law 4067/2012 (GG 79/A/2012).
