Application for the import permit indicating the details of the items, as well as the following information: (1) In case of a sole proprietorship: Last Name, First Name, Fathers Name, Mothers Name, date and place of birth, home address, ID or passport number, date of issue and issuing authority, occupation, telephone number and email. (2) In case of a legal person: Name or trade name and registered office, as well as the aforementioned details of the legal representative. It should be expressly stated that the application relates to a trader.
Notes:
The application shall be accompanied by a certified copy of the statutes (for legal persons) and any subsequent amendment thereto.

Description
The applicant submits the application along with the attached documents to the locally competent Police Station or Security Department or Sub-Directorate or to the Citizens Service Centre (KEP) that operates as a Single Point of Contact (KEP-EKE). In case of submission by other than the applicant, the solemn declarations must be signed by the applicant and certified to that effect.
