Solemn Declaration, as indicated by Law No 1599/1986 of the official responsible for the workshops in which it is declared that: i. he/she is exclusively employed with the maintenance of lifts, ii. that he/she has suitable equipment for the maintenance of lifts in the situations attached to the visas; iii. that his/her auxiliary staff and the members of workshops are insured in the Social Insurance Institution or other insurance institution; iv. the location of workshops and the telephone number - voicemail.

Notes: If the workshop operator has the right to carry out lift facilities as well, this must be stated in the abovementioned solemn declaration and that he/she will employ only the excess maintenance personnel with a nominal reference to them.

The authorisation for the maintenance workshops of elevators is granted to natural persons who are entitled to pursue professional activities of third or higher grade, of the fourth specialty of PD 108/2013 (A141).
