  • 1 Labour The applicant must be legally established in the Member State of establishment, legally pursue the professional activity in question and not be prohibited, even temporarily, from exercising it at the time at which the certificate is issued.

  • 2 Insurance The applicant must provide details of any insurance cover of the provider or a guarantee relating to their professional liability towards the recipients of the services and, where applicable, third parties, by reason of the provision of the service.

  • 3 Building The applicant must provide information on the use of infrastructure in Greece to the extent that it is necessary for the provision of the service.

  • 1 Receipt of the declaration of cross-border provision of tourism services

    Description The person concerned must submit a declaration of cross-border provision of services (Article 17 of Law 3844/2010), with the required supporting documents attached, to the Registry of the Ministry of Tourism or to the KEPs/PSCs or the EUGO portal.
