- A producer vendor is a producer registered in the Register of Farmers and Agricultural Holdings, pursuant to Law 3874/2010 (Government Gazette No 151/A), who is active in the outdoor trade selling agricultural products exclusively of their own production for sale and who has been granted a business operating licence by the competent authority.
- Licences for the respective stalls are granted by the regional authorities following a call for applications. They are addressed to persions and legal entities (agricultural and women’s cooperatives, groups and producers’ organisations, as well as Social Cooperative Enterprises (Koin.S.Ep.) established for production purposes.
