Description

The procedure concerns the announcement of the operation of an exhibition by an organizer who is permanently established in Greece. The notification of the concerned organizer is submitted to the relevant municipality or, in the case of an international exhibition, to the relevant Region. In the case of a natural person: - the ID card number In the case of a legal person: - the ID card number of the legal representative - the name, the distinctive title and the address of its premises - the Tax ID and the Local Tax Office of the legal person and - the General Electronic Commercial Registry number.

In all cases, the distinctive title of the trade fair is included. as well as the clarification whether it is addressed only to traders or to the general public, too.
