Submission of announcement/ notification (one month before the opening of the trade fair). The announcement must include:
In the case of a natural person:
- the ID card number
In the case of a legal person:
- the ID card number of the legal representative
- the name, the distinctive title and the address of its premises
- the Tax ID and the Local Tax Office of the legal person and
- the General Electronic Commercial Registry number.
In all cases, the distinctive title of the trade fair is included. as well as the clarification whether it is addressed only to traders or to the general public, too.
