In case no response has been provided before the above deadline, it is considered that the application of the interested party has been implicitly accepted (tacit approval) and the profession can be practiced (art. 3 of Law 3919/2011). The applicant, in the aforementioned case of tacit approval, may request a relevant certificate from the administrative authority responsible for issuing the act, in accordance with paragraph 4 of article 10 of 3230/2004 (Government Gazette 44/A/2004).

The employee of the Department of Health/Health Services and Professions or of the KEP-EKE informs the interested party that they may collect the certificate.
Notes
If a period of three (3) months has elapsed from the announcement of practice of the profession and the Service has not issued a certificate to the interested party, it is presumed that the profession is practised freely (Article 3 of Law 3919/2011 (Government Gazette A 32)). In the aforementioned case of tacit approval, the interested party may request a relevant certificate from the administrative authority competent to issue the act, in accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 10 of Law 3230/2004 (Government Gazette A 44).

Within three (3) months from the announcement of practice of the profession, the Service may prohibit its practice if the legal requirements are not met or if their fulfilment is not established by the submitted information.
Notes
In the event of a negative reply, the applicant has the right to submit an application for remedy or a hierarchical appeal under Article 24 of Law 2690/1999 (Government Gazette A 45). In particular, the interested party may request either from the administrative authority that issued the act its revocation or amendment (application for remedy) or from the authority hierarchically superior to the one that issued the act its annulment (hierarchical appeal). The administrative authority to which the relevant application is submitted must notify the interested party of its decision on that application within thirty (30) days at the latest, unless a different deadline is provided for by special provisions.
