Rules concerning a lack of reply from the competent authority and the legal consequences for the use:
Approval for the installation of the devices shall be granted within fifteen (15) working days from the date of submission of the relevant application.
If a period of fifteen (15) working days elapses without notification of approval or rejection of the application from the licensing authority, the aforementioned requested change shall be deemed to have tacit approval and the interested party shall be considered to have proceeded lawfully with its installation and operation within its business enterprise, with no supplementary restriction.

Description
For the purpose of maintenance of building and electromechanical installations, the competent service of the operating entity shall examine the supporting documents submitted in order to grant approval for the installation of electric vehicle battery charging devices.
Notes
In the case that, within a period of up to fifteen (15) working days, it is necessary to resubmit certain supporting documents, plans or technical reports describing changes, as appropriate, approvals for requested changes shall be issued within five (5) working days from the date of resubmission.

Description
The competent service department of the Directorate of Transport and Communications shall grant approval for the installation of electric vehicle battery chargers. After the approved electric vehicle battery charger installation is completed, the relevant certificate shall be issued by the aforementioned department confirming that the installation was properly performed as approved.

Description
The competent licensing authority shall inform the Technical Inspection and Vehicle Services Facilities Department at the General Directorate for Vehicles and Facilities of the Ministry of Infrastructure regarding the approval of the electric vehicle battery charger installation, as well as the technical characteristics and location thereof.

In the event of tacit approval as described above, the interested party may request issue of the relevant certificate from the licensing authority, in accordance with Article 10(4) of Law 3230/2004 (Government Gazette, Series I, No 44).
