|process_description=The interested party (natural or legal person) notifies – electronically - the competent authority for any changes in the Entity providing the activity or any changes in the data and information that have already been stated in the initial notification for the establishment and commencement of operation of a shop of sanitary interest (KYE) for the Retail Sale of Food and Beverages (Category III of the Sanitary Ordinance).

|process_remarks=- In cases there is a change in the basis of the establishment, the Entity providing the activity must submit a new notification (par.5 of art.6 of Law 4442/2016)
- In cases a notified activity is no longer provided, then the in-terested party must proceed with a change of notification in order to update the existing one.
- In cases of death of the natural person who is the Entity providing the activity: the legal heir must change the details of the notification within 4 months of becoming aware of the in-duction, stating - during the change of the notification - the decision number of the relevant Court of First Instance with which the will was published, as well as the certificate of the same court for non-publication of another will. In case the will is special, the above court is required to declare it as the "main one". If there is no will, the new Entity must declare the be-quest number (articles 1956 of the Civil Code). Until the issu-ance of the inheritance, it is possible to declare a change of notification in the name of the interested party, provided that a declaration (or e-mail) to the relevant municipality of a cer-tificate of close relatives and solemn declarations stating the continuation of the activity by the specific individual. The new entity is responsible for the operation of the store from the day of the declaration change. The new Entity must present the above documents to the competent audit authorities if requested
