Submission of Application – Solemn Declaration. The application is submitted by an owner, nominee or possessor of the establishment and must include the elements and documentation mentioned in par.3 of article 114 of Law 4512/2018.
The application must include the following elements:
• In case the owner, nominee, or possessor of the establishment is a Natural Person:
o ID police card number
o Local Tax Office (DOY) and National Tax Number (AFM)
• In case the owner, nominee, or possessor of the establishment is a Legal Person
o The official name, the distinctive title and the base (HQ)
o Local Tax Office (DOY) and National Tax Number (AFM)
o The General Electronic Commercial Registry (G.E.MI.) number

In addition, the space shall meet the following prerequisites:
- It shall have auxiliary and storage spaces
- It shall have emergency exits
- Accessibility shall be ensured
- It shall have fire-safety areas and hygiene
- It shall be accessible to the disabled
- It shall comply with the requirements of the building and urban regulations
- It shall have a free height of at least 4 metres in at least 75% of the total area
- It shall ensure the possibility of access or entry of cranes or trucks, have parking space for trucks and private cars (in accordance with requirements set by the institutional framework, Law 4512/2018, art.114, par.4) as well as shall have warehouses for the for packaging materials.

Urban planning
The proportion of parking spaces shall be one (1) space per thirty-five (35) sq.m. of trade fair area (total gross area of trade fair centre or space). In any case, the minimum number of parking spaces may not be less than twenty-five (25) spaces for trade fair spaces and one hundred (100) spaces for trade fair centres. If the parking spaces inside the property of the trade fair centre or trade fair space are not sufficient to cover its needs, this can be done by using legal parking spaces at a distance of up to eight hundred (800) meters from it. When the car park is farther away from that referred to in the preceding subparagraph, the use of free-of-charge buses exclusively for the carriage of expositors and visitors is required. In this case, the parking spaces and the relevant proofs of their use and of the rental of buses are submitted with the announcement of each trade fair to the relevant Municipality.
