A special independent building is required, outside the city plan at a distance of at least 100 metres from the nearest residence or other premises and spaces (kindergartens, schools, playgrounds, sports fields, gardens, churches, hospitals, or clinics with over 20 beds, venues for social or cultural events and group gatherings in general). The building should have specific spaces for the required functionalities of the installation, according to the specifications defined in the PD 463/1978 and in particular in Article 3 thereof, and should fulfil the sanitary conditions of article 4 of the same PD.
