Notes:
An application for a residence permit for investment reasons shall be submitted by electronic services (e-services) of the Ministry of Migration and Asylum. Also, a third-country citizen who fulfils the conditions for subjecting the arrangements laid down in Articles 96 to 100 may submit by means of an application for a residence permit under the above provisions, prior to his entry into the Greek territory. The application shall be submitted pursuant to an appropriate proxy document drawn up before a consulate or before a competent foreign authority or a notary who is established abroad and shall bear the marking of the Hague Stamp of the Hague Convention of 5 October 1961 (APOSTILLE) or the corresponding visa of the Greek consular authority.

The third-country party concerned/citizen shall have the right to challenge the rejection decision; the application for treatment should be submitted within two (2) months of the decision being served; applications for treatment shall be accompanied by a misconduct of EUR 50 (50); the application shall be submitted to the service which adopted the decision in question, which shall be decided on it within 30 (30) days of its submission.

Note that Euboea is an island region subject to the 800,000 limit.
