Description
The applicant for a doctor should set up a new account on the Integrated Labour Inspectorate's Information System platform via the electronic services provided to hli.gov.gr. The new user/applicant is certified using the TAXISNET code. More specifically, to register in the electronic database of Doctors (which fulfil the necessary conditions to perform the duties of a Work Doctor in enterprises as defined in the CNS) of the Labour Inspectorate OP is required to obtain passwords in the system, as well as to create "account" staff in the system. To submit the initial application, the user enters using his or her personal TAXIS passwords. After checking the identification of the natural person, the OPS delivers new passwords for the further entry into the system.

Description
After completing the application, the applicant shall select a "Storage" (alternatively he may choose "Storage" and continue processing the Application in a second time). The application shall automatically receive a protocol number, which shall be communicated to the applicant through his Account in hli.gov.gr and the application shall be launched for consideration in the relevant Department of Safety and Health Inspectorate of the Labour Inspectorate.

In more detail, a protocol number shall be assigned to the requested requests referred to in Article 4(2) of Decision 5685/121/2021 (VAT 669/B) and then filed with the personal account of the user of the Labour Inspectorate's OPS system and available to it. The applicant - user of the OPS - will be able to monitor the progress of the process of processing his application through his own personal account to which the application will be registered with the information "Staff - Rejected - Rejected".

Acceptance of the Application - Performance of the Register of Work Doctors

Description
Where the conditions for the inclusion of the applicant in the Register of Occupational Physicians are met, the responsible official of the Occupational Inspectorate shall accept the application; the applicant shall be automatically informed and assigned to him a registration number in the Register.

In more detail, a successful entry into the Electronic Database of the OPS, Doctors fulfilling the conditions necessary for carrying out the duties of a Physician, shall be communicated to the applicant by means of the allocation of an individual Doctor's Registration Number, by posting his/her personal account on the Labour Inspectorate's OP. With the approval of the application for registration, a unique registration number shall be issued to him. Data of the electronic database of doctors fulfilling the conditions necessary to carry out the duties of a Physician of Work and may be issued by the OPC with the possibility of printing the professional history of the work inspector's duties. This entry becomes inactive following an application for the removal of the Occupational Healthcare from the respective electronic base or upon termination of the conditions for the performance of tasks of a Occupational Occupational Health Inspector's office.

Description
Where the conditions for registration in the Register of Doctors of Work are not met, the responsible official shall dismiss the application as a reason for rejecting the application; the reason for refusal shall be entered in a specific field and the applicant shall be informed through his Account; the applicant may submit a new application, taking into account the reasons for refusal of the previous account.
