The procedure concerns the temporary and occasional provision of services for the profession/activity of the Self-Diving Certification Organisation in Greece and is addressed to providers (including Greeks) who are licensed and permanently practising the profession/activity in another EU Member State and wish to operate in the Greek territory for a limited period of time.

              Description The Administrative Police Department shall carry out an audit of the completeness of the documents attached to the Application - Responsible Statement, prerequisites.

              Notes If the supporting documents are assessed incomplete, the Administrative Police Department shall sign a document with the shortcomings and the deadline for the submission of the supporting documents and forward it to the Head of the Port Police Directorate for signature. The Head of the Port Police Directorate shall sign the relevant document and return it to the Administrative Police Department. The Department of Administrative Police shall forward the digital document to the applicant by e-mail. The person concerned may request in writing the extension of the submission of such documents up to sixty (60) days (60) for two reasons: (a) if the supporting documents submitted, require further investigation or clarification; and (b) if one or more supporting documents have not been submitted in writing for reasons of force majeure.
