Οι επιτυχόντες μπορούν να έχουν πρόσβαση στο Πληροφοριακό Σύστημα Ηλεκτρονικές Εγγραφές του Υπουργείου Παιδείας και Θρησκευμάτων στην ηλεκτρονική διεύθυνση https://eregister.it.minedu.gov.gr. Για την είσοδό τους στην ηλεκτρονική εφαρμογή οι υποψήφιοι εισάγουν τον 8ψηψιο κωδικό εξετάσεων υποψηφίου και τον ίδιο κωδικό πρόσβασης (password) που χρησιμοποίησαν για την εισαγωγή τους στην ηλεκτρονική εφαρμογή του Μηχανογραφικού Δελτίου.

Η ηλεκτρονική αίτηση εγγραφής επέχει θέση υπεύθυνης δήλωσης του άρθρου 8 του ν. 1599/1986 (Α΄ 75). Οι επιτυχόντες μετά την είσοδο τους στην εφαρμογή καλούνται να συμπληρώσουν τον προσωπικό τους Αριθμό Μητρώου Κοινωνικής Ασφάλισης (ΑΜΚΑ), ο οποίος επιβεβαιώνεται μέσω διαλειτουργικότητας με το Εθνικό Μητρώο ΑΜΚΑ. Μεταξύ των υπόλοιπων στοιχείων που ο χρήστης καλείται να συμπληρώσει στην ηλεκτρονική αίτηση εγγραφής του, είναι ο αριθμός δελτίου ταυτότητας (ΑΔΤ) ή Διαβατηρίου, ο οποίος συνήθως εμφανίζεται προσυμπληρωμένος με την αντίστοιχη τιμή, που ο ίδιος χρήστης συμπλήρωσε στο Μηχανογραφικό Δελτίο του, διατηρώντας όμως τη δυνατότητα τροποποίησης. Κατά τη διαδικασία της Ηλεκτρονικής Εγγραφής, οι επιτυχόντες είναι απαραίτητο να δηλώσουν τα στοιχεία επικοινωνίας τους, αριθμό κινητού τηλεφώνου και διεύθυνση ηλεκτρονικού ταχυδρομείου, τα οποία επιβεβαιώνονται μέσω σχετικών μηχανισμών της ηλεκτρονικής εφαρμογής. Επισημαίνεται ότι, η ορθότητα των στοιχείων επικοινωνίας είναι ιδιαίτερα σημαντική, καθώς οι Γραμματείες των Σχολών/Τμημάτων θα έχουν τη δυνατότητα να τα χρησιμοποιήσουν σε περαιτέρω διαδικασίες. Όλες οι διαδικασίες εγγραφής διενεργούνται είτε από τον ίδιο τον επιτυχόντα, είτε από νομίμως εξουσιοδοτημένο από αυτόν πρόσωπο. Αν τα ατομικά στοιχεία τα οποία εμφανίζονται προσυμπληρωμένα στην εφαρμογή δεν συμφωνούν με τα στοιχεία της αστυνομικής ταυτότητας ή του διαβατηρίου, και ο αιτών δεν μπορεί να δηλώσει υπεύθυνα ότι αποδέχεται την ορθότητά τους, τότε πρέπει να προβεί στην άμεση διόρθωση και ενημέρωση των λανθασμένων στοιχείων του στα συστήματα του Εθνικού Μητρώου Α.Μ.Κ.Α., μέσω σχετικής αίτησής του σε οποιοδήποτε Κέντρο Εξυπηρέτησης Πολιτών (Κ.Ε.Π.). Ο επιτυχών αφού ελέγξει την ορθότητα των προβαλλόμενων τροποποιημένων στοιχείων, θα πρέπει να ολοκληρώσει την ηλεκτρονική εγγραφή του, στην προβλεπόμενη προθεσμία. Μετά την οριστική υποβολή της ηλεκτρονικής αίτησης εγγραφής, μπορεί να εμφανίζεται ηλεκτρονικός σύνδεσμος για την προαιρετική συμπλήρωση στοιχείων για στατιστικούς λόγους.

Για τις Στρατιωτικές Σχολές, τις Αστυνομικές Σχολές, τις Σχολές της Πυροσβεστικής Ακαδημίας, τις Ακαδημίες του Εμπορικού Ναυτικού, τις Σχολές του Λιμενικού Σώματος-Ελληνικής Ακτοφυλακής και τις Ανώτερες Σχολές Τουριστικής Εκπαίδευσης, η προθεσμία και η διαδικασία εγγραφής των επιτυχόντων καθορίζεται και πραγματοποιείται από τα αρμόδια Υπουργεία.

2 Electronic request to delete from a Department in which the successor is already registered

Description If a successful person is already enrolled in a first-cycle course of study of a Department or School of S.E.I. or S.E.A. with the same application/responsible statement (applicant for his registration in the new school of success) he states the Department or School of S.E.I. or S.A. which is already registered and at the same time requesting his removal from it in order to complete his registration in the new Department or the new School.

Notes In the exceptional case where the successor does not wish to finally complete his registration in the new Department or School of Success, he may submit an application prior to the issue of the deletion attestations, a solemn declaration of his revocation to the Secretariat of the Department or School, to which he had already requested electronically.

3 Sending lists of applicants for registration - deletion from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to the A.E.I. and A.E.A.

Description After completing the electronic registration procedure, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall send to each A.E.I. and A.E.A.: (a) a aggregated table of the registered departments or Schools, through the central application of the Ministry of Education, which shall contain at least the following key elements for each listed candidate, Name, Last name, Father, Mothername, A.M.K.A., e-mail address, mobile phone number, and A.E.I. or A.A., in case it is already registered in another curriculum (a.E.I. or A.A.) of the country. 4 Procedure for deletion of successors to another Department or School of S.A. or S.A.

Description For the completion of the record of successful students, who are already enrolled in another course of studies of a Department or a School of S.A., it is necessary to complete their deletion from that Department or School. For this reason the Secretariats of Sections or Schools after receiving the centralised table of applicants for deletion without delay delete the applicants for deletion from students. The Secretariats of the Departments or Schools are sent electronically to the Secretariat of the New Department or School of S.A. or S.A. which had declared to be his contact details in the electronic application of the P.A.TH. 5 Obligations of the Secretariats of Sections and Schools

Description 1. The Secretariats of the Departments and Schools, check and compare the nominal list of successes already taken by the decision to validate tables from the Ministry of Education with the list of subscribed. The Secretariats of the Departments and Schools may use the confirmed contact details of the subscribed for the performance of the code for the use of their electronic services and/or for communication. After completing the registration procedure, each Department or School of S.A. shall compile and send to the Ministry of Education an electronic file of all the completed documents.
