During the online registration process, successful candidates are required to provide their contact details, mobile phone number and email address, which are confirmed through the relevant functions of the online app. Please note that the correctness of the contact details is particularly important, as the secretariats of the schools/departments will be able to use them in further processes. All registration processes are carried out either by the successful candidate themselves or by a person duly authorised by them. If the individual details displayed pre-completed in the application do not correspond to the details on the ID card or passport, and the applicant cannot solemnly declare that they accept their correctness, then they must immediately correct and update the incorrect details in the systems of the AMKA National Register, by submitting an application to any Citizens’ Service Centre (KEP). After checking the correctness of the displayed modified details, the successful candidate should complete his online registration within the prescribed deadline. After the final submission of the online registration application, a link may appear that prompts them to fill in more details for statistical purposes on a voluntary basis. For military academies, police academies, fire service academies, merchant marine academies, Hellenic Coast Guard academies and Higher Schools of Tourism Education, the deadline and the registration procedure for successful candidates shall be determined and carried out by the relevant ministries.
