The entity of the activity shall submit an application, accompanied by the necessary documentation (according to the relevant legislation) for the approval of the School/K.E.K.P.I. through the OPS-A.E. of Article 14 of Law 4442/2016, which is accessible through the Single Digital Portal of Public Administration (gov.gr-EPC). Until the activation of the OPS-A.D. with regard to the part concerning the approval of the activity of the present, the application shall be submitted in writing or electronic form to the licensed authority or to any C.E. that operates as an ECE. in accordance with Article 7 of Law 3844/2010 (A'63), with a visa regarding the authenticity of the signature if not submitted by the institution of the activity.

Right of establishment of a School/Centre of Vocational Training P.E.I., have: a) The Centres for the theoretical Training of Applicants for the Carriage of Dangerous Goods (CEDO), b) The Schools for Vocational Training for Transporters (CEDCA), c) The Schools for Vocational Training for Vehicles for the Transport of Dangerous Goods (CEDO) and d) The Training Centres for Transporters (CEDEF) are required for the workers of this particular transport operator, since they employ more than three hundred drivers (300) drivers. In particular, for Transport Operators, if not mentioned in their purpose, a certificate of professional competence is required, a decision of the Board of Directors is required to establish the Centre.

The faculty/centre of vocational training P.E.I. consists of at least three distinct areas, one of which is a (1) reception area, a (1) classroom and one (1) WC. The area of the school/centre of vocational training P.E.I. must be of main use, single use and not form part of a residence. The hosting area must have good lighting and sufficient ventilation.

Technical
The classroom must be single, well-lit, sufficient ventilation, good heating and adequate soundproofing. Also, the classroom must have individual seats and bricks or individual seats with an integrated table used by the trainees during the monitoring of the periodical training programs. The total number of individual seats (accompanied by the coils or with an integrated table) per classroom shall be at least equal to the maximum number of trainees per room. The number and dimensions of the training thrones, per room, shall meet the requirement to serve their number of users as well as the maximum number of trainees, per room. The teaching room must have appropriate supervision or electronic means of teaching (such as computer, table, video projector/projector), as well as the means for practical training (such as fire-fighting machines, box and materials of first aid, appropriate vest).

They may also teach graduates/diplomas/diplomas of higher education of the national or foreign recognized equal school specialising in the subjects covered by the material they are going to teach.

Teaching staff must have knowledge related to the thematic sections of Annex I, pp.74/2008, as evidenced by a certificate of successful seminar follow-up, attestation as rapporteur on the above issues, attestation of the body's professional experience. The obligation to submit attestations excludes candidates' trainers, as well as course managers and teachers in KEITHIO, S.E.K.O.O.M.E. and S.K.M.M., who already have the knowledge relevant to the above themes.

Description
The entity of the activity shall submit an application for authorisation in accordance with the model in Annex I to Regulation (EU) No 314952/2021, accompanied by the necessary supporting documents referred to in Article 5 of that Regulation. The application shall be submitted exclusively by means of the OPC-A.E. of Article 14 of Law 4442/2016, which is accessible through the Single Digital Portal of Public Administration (Gov.gr-EPC). Description
The authorising authority shall notify within five (5) working days of its approval and any modifications thereto to the Road Traffic and Safety Directorate of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, the National Transparency Authority, the Infrastructure Agency and the relevant Office of the Firehouse and any other Office that it considers should be aware of the operation of the activity in order to exercise its control powers; the notification shall be made electronically by means of the system or by e-mail without requiring the issuing of a transfer document for that purpose.
