2. Ο ενδιαφερόμενος πρέπει να έχει αποκτήσει την άδεια του Αρχιτεχνίτη Μηχανικού Εγκαταστάσεων 1ης, 2ης ή 3ης Ειδικότητας ή
3. Εφόσον ο ενδιαφερόμενος είναι υπήκοος κράτους-μέλους της Ε.Ε. και έχει αποκτήσει τα επαγγελματικά του προσόντα σε άλλο κράτος - μέλος είτε ως αυτοαπασχολούμενος είτε ως μισθωτός οφείλει να έχουν αναγνωρισθεί τα επαγγελματικά του προσόντα από τον αρμόδιο όργανο της χώρας.
