Description
Η τριμελής επιτροπή διενεργεί επιτόπου επιθεώρηση, προκειμένου να διαπιστωθεί εάν πληρούνται οι επιβαλλόμενοι όροι ασφάλειας. Αν κατά την επιθεώρηση αποδειχθεί ότι δεν πληρούνται οι επιβαλλόμενοι όροι ασφαλείας, υποδεικνύεται εγγράφως η λήψη μέτρων εντός ορισμένης προθεσμίας, μετά τη λήξη της οποίας επιθεωρείται εκ νέου η επιχείρηση. Σε περίπτωση μη συμμόρφωσης το αίτημα πρέ-πει να απορριφθεί.
Η ίδια επιθεώρηση ενεργείται και στις περιπτώσεις που έχει χορηγηθεί άδεια λειτουργίας αποθηκών από το αρμόδιο Υπουργείο.
Η τριμελής επιτροπή συντάσσει Έκθεση Επιθεώρησης, η οποία επισυνάπτεται στα λοιπά δικαιολογητικά
