Notes:
An application for this residence permit shall be made only by living at the office of the Ministry of Migration and Asylum upon a relevant scheduled appointment of the applicant/applicant or his/her proxy (Application for an appointment is made by email at bio_rv@migration.gov.gr).

The third-country person concerned/person concerned shall have the right to challenge the rejection decision; the application for treatment should be submitted within two (2) months of the decision being served; applications for treatment shall be accompanied by an incorrect amount of EUR 50 (50); an application for treatment shall be submitted to the service which adopted the decision in question, which shall be decided on it within 30 (30) days of its submission.
