Description
This procedure concerns the admission of pupils to introductory classes at experimental kindergartens, primary, secondary schools and high schools or intermediate classes at primary school or to the second and third class of secondary school and high school. The procedure is carried out by drawing lots on a date set within the first fortnight after the end of the Easter holidays of the current school year and takes place electronically.

Through a suitable software (electromatic legacy) a (1) random unique number of Priority for each candidate for the Experimental Schools (APIOS) The draw is held by a three-member committee (Cancellation Committee) in the presence of members of the ICU, a representative of the ICU, a notary to the Lawyer and with the opportunity to present the Presidents of the Parents and Tree of the Experimental Schools.

(a) twins or twins or brothers or sisters (formerly or not) of pupils/three born in the same year and since one of the brothers was paid in the first draw, (b) children of pupils/children who are already in office in the Associated Municipal School or in the associated Experimental Gymnasium or in the Associated Experimental Lyceum but not in the graduation class of the respective higher grades and (c) children of teachers who are in office in the TRI.S. of interest or in an Interconnected Gym.The gradients are eligible for graduation in the following category:

Announcement of draw results

Subsequently, under the responsibility of the NPCIs, it is posted directly on the website and in the list of notices of each school table with the results of the lottery including the students/teachers who declared participation in the draw for this school, classified in order to reduce the random numbers assigned to them under the above procedure. The list of importers and participants is drawn up by the NPCI, taking into account: (a) the number of posts awarded, (b) the table with the results of the drawdown and (c) the table with the drawdown process.

Description
Not later than five (5) working days after the announcement of the results of the Standards, both (2) parents or guardian or other curator(s) who are curated shall declare by responsible statement, issued by gov.gr, that they wish to study the student at the Standard School. In this case, the other school successor shall be informed and the student shall be deleted from the list of successors of the above School.

If they do not submit the said responsible declaration within the five (5) days period, the student shall be deleted from the success tables of both (2) school units and from the list of participants of the declared school unit.

Installation of the student at the Experimental School

After the finalisation of the panel of successful and successful students per Experimental School, students entered in their Experimental Gymnasium of Gymnasium of Success, based on their General Circular.

Description
Applications to participate in the draw shall be lodged: A) with the personal presence of the two parents/consumers, otherwise the application shall be accompanied by a responsible statement by the parent/consumer from the contents of which it will be shown that he consents to the participation of his child in the procedure and the presentation of a family status certificate or B) electronically at the e-mail address of the school unit of interest with all the necessary supporting documents. In this case the protocol number shall be sent electronically. In case the application is lodged electronically, both parents/consumers shall be attached to the procedure provided for on the website gov.gr.

Each application shall indicate the code which has a protocol number; the parents/parents of the students concerned shall be entitled to submit an application to one (1) only Experimental School.

Announcement of vacant posts

Description
The vacant/clutching posts, as well as any more specific issue relating to the completion of the additional draw, are announced on the website of each school at the beginning of the school year; the same applies whenever vacant/registered posts occur.
Notes
If the number of candidates/three is equal to or less than the number of vacant posts, the NCA concerned shall decide to import all candidates, without prejudice to a draw, or in the case of a draw.

The draw is held at the relevant Experimental School under the responsibility of the ERC and the management bodies of the school unit by a three-member drawer committee designated by the ERC and the school's management bodies.

The draw is completed when all lots are exported from the legacy and a table is drawn up with the lot’s export order and the corresponding code.

Validation and disclosure of results

The EPC validates the result and communicates with a relevant communication on the school website and table: a) a table in order to classify the students/three admitted in an absolute order of draw for each sex by reference to their application code; b) a table in order to rank the students/three in an absolute order of draw for each sex with reference to the number of their application.
