For artists, the artist concerned presents a certificate of own creation. For works of art and artists, a certificate of art is presented by the Chamber of Visual Arts of Greece (E.E.T.E.), which is awarded following a demonstration by the artist, which refers to the type of works of art, materials, the way it is created, any other information deemed necessary by the issuing body of the certificate, and that the works produced are works of original artistic creation of the person concerned. Owner of attestations, already issued by competent authorities pursuant to Article 45(3) of Law 4497/2017 (A 171), are not required to produce an updated attestation.
