IIn the application the interested party should indicate the information in points a) to e) of par. 5 of Article 46, Law No. 4849/2021 (A΄ 207) and in particular:
- a) that he does not hold any other form of license or certificate of activity in open-air trade. The interested party also declares the items it manufactures, the machinery, materials and tools it uses and that the works produced are exclusively of its own creation,
- (b) a certificate of certification of own creation as referred to in point (a) of par. 1 of Article 8, Article 8, Law No. 8, Act. 4849/2021 for artists,
- c) a certificate of craftsmanship as referred to in paragraph b of Article 8(4)(a) of Art. 1 of Article 8, Article 8, Law No 48 484849tii. 4849/2021 for craftsmen,
- d) the documents referred to in paragraph c of par. 1 of Article 8, of Law No. 4849/2021 only for the Social Cooperative Enterprise (SCE)
- e) starting a business activity with an Activity Code Number related to the subject of their activity. This obligation is subject to the following conditions applies only to licenses obtained for a two-year period and in cases where a three-month license is obtained more than once (1) per year.

Anyone with a legitimate interest may object to the decision on the results of the notice before the competent authority within fifteen (15) days of the date of publication of the results. The decision of the competent authority on the objection shall be taken within ten (10) days of its being lodged. Anyone with a legitimate interest may appeal against the decision on the objection in accordance with Articles 63 to 70 of Law No. 2717/1999 (A 97), on the Code of Administrative Procedure, to the competent administrative court of first instance.

The person concerned is obliged to start a professional activity and to use a cash register registered and connected to the information system of the Independent Authority for Public Revenue (TAXIS).
Exclusions: Natural persons involved in the markets of craftsmen - artists for three (3) months per year, if they are exempt from VAT due to the amount of gross income, according to Article 39 of Law No. 2859/2000 on the Value Added Tax Code (A 248).

For artists, the artist concerned shall provide a certificate of certification of his/her own creation. For works of art and artifacts, a certificate of the Chamber of Fine Arts of Greece (E.E.T.E.), which is issued after demonstration by the creator, is presented, stating the type of artwork, the materials, the method of creation, any other information deemed necessary by the body issuing the certificate, as well as that the works produced are works of original artistic creation of the person concerned. The holders of certificates of original creation already issued by competent authorities in accordance with paragraph 1 shall be entitled to receive a certificate of original creation. 3 of Article 45 of Law No. 45. 4497/2017 (A 171), are not required to submit an updated certificate.

For craftsmen, the artist concerned must present a certificate of craftsmanship, issued by the Society for Industrial Research, Technological Development and Laboratory Testing, Certification and Quality, which is supervised by the General Secretariat for Industry of the Ministry of Development and Investment, following a demonstration by the person concerned of the production process of the handicraft product. The relevant certificate indicates the items produced, the machinery, the materials and the tools used. The holders of certificates of craft skills, which have already been issued by competent authorities in accordance with par. 3 of Article 45 of Law No. 4497/2017, are not required to submit an updated certificate.
