Ο ενδιαφερόμενος υποβάλλει την αίτηση (αναγνώρισης επαγγελματικών προσόντων/ επαγγελματικής ισοδυναμίας τίτλου σπουδών) και τα απαιτούμενα δικαιολογητικά στο γραφείο Πρωτοκόλλου του Αυτοτελούς Τμήματος Εφαρμογής της Ευρωπαϊκής Νομοθεσίας (Α.Τ.Ε.Ε.Ν.) ή στα ΚΕΠ-ΕΚΕ.

Description
Ο Προϊστάμενος του Α.Τ.Ε.Ε.Ν. εξετάζει τον φάκελο και την αίτηση και αποφασίζει για την έκδοση απόφασης ή μη περί επιβολής αντισταθμιστικών μέτρων, δηλαδή για την:
- πρακτική άσκηση προσαρμογής ή δοκιμασίας επάρκειας, στη περίπτωση αιτήσεων αναγνώρισης επαγγελματικών προσόντων, σύμφωνα με τα οριζόμενα στο άρθρο 14 του ΠΔ 38/2010
•γραπτή δοκιμασία επαγγελματικής ισοδυναμίας, εφόσον από την εξέταση της αίτησης και του φακέλου προκύπτουν ουσιώδεις διαφορές μεταξύ του προγράμματος σπουδών που παρακολούθησε ο αιτών και του προγράμματος σπουδών συγκρίσιμου τίτλου σπουδών Ανώτατου Εκπαιδευτικού Ιδρύματος (Α.Ε.Ι.) της ημεδαπής.

Description
Στην περίπτωση που ο Προϊστάμενος του Α.Τ.Ε.Ε.Ν. αποφανθεί υπέρ της επιβολής αντισταθμιστικών μέτρων, τότε ο ενδιαφερόμενος αφού φέρει εις πέρας την εν λόγω δοκιμασία, υποβάλλει ξανά αίτημα στο Α.Τ.Ε.Ε.Ν. το οποίο συνοδεύεται με τη σχετική βεβαίωση επιτυχούς εκπλήρωσης της δοκιμασίας.

Description
Το Αυτοτελές Τμήμα Εφαρμογής της Ευρωπαϊκής Νομοθεσίας (Α.Τ.Ε.Ε.Ν.) εντός τριών 3 μηνών εκδίδει τη βεβαίωση αναγνώρισης επαγγελματικών προσόντων/επαγγελματικής ισοδυναμίας τίτλου σπουδών και ενημερώνει τον ενδιαφερόμενο.
Κατά της απόφασης ο ενδιαφερόμενους μπορεί να ασκήσει, άπαξ, ενδικοφανή διοικητική προσφυγή ενώπιον του Α.Τ.Ε.Ε.Ν. και να ζητήσει την ακύρωση ή την τροποποίηση της απόφασης της παρ. 1 του άρθρου 54 εντός αποκλειστικής προθεσμίας εξήντα (60) ημερών από την κοινοποίησή της και το Α.Τ.Ε.Ε.Ν. γνωστοποιεί στον προσφεύγοντα την απόφασή του το αργότερο μέσα σε τρεις (3) μήνες.
