Description
The procedure concerns the granting of a temporary licence to businesses for the manufacture, modification, assembly, processing or repair of firearms within the State, provided that the prescribed conditions for the establishment and operation of the relevant businesses for the issue of a copy of a certificate of conformity or approval of transfer for the manufacture or assembly of the items are met.
- The manufacture, modification or assembly of category A firearms and category B long-barrelled firearms (other than weapons for shooting or hunting) is prohibited. It is addressed to businesses.

Description
