Η Επιτροπή μετά τον έλεγχο της επιχείρησης προβαίνει στην έκδοση σχετικής απόφασης. Σε περίπτωση που δεν πληρούνται τα επιβαλλόμενα μέτρα ασφαλείας, υποδεικνύονται εγγράφως η λήψη των αναγκαίων μέτρων, εντός ορισμένης προθεσμίας, μετά τη λήξη της οποίας επιθεωρείται εκ νέου η επιχείρηση. Σε περίπτωση μη συμμόρφωσης του ενδιαφερομένου στις ανωτέρω υποδείξεις, ενημερώνεται ότι το αίτημά του θα απορριφθεί.
