Description
Ο ενδιαφερόμενος υποβάλλει συμπληρωμένη την τυποποιημένη αίτηση και τα σχετικά δικαιολογητικά στην οικεία Περιφερειακή Ενότητα στην οποία ανήκει ο χώρος εγκατάστασης της σχολής ή στα ΚΕΠ - ΕΠΕ, αποκλειστικά από 1.1. έως 30.3 κάθε έτους.

Εφόσον, η αίτηση υποβληθεί στα ΚΕΠ, ο υπάλληλος του ΚΕΠ ελέγχει την πληρότητα των δικαιολογητικών κι εάν είναι πλήρη ο φάκελος διαβιβάζεται στην αρμόδια Διεύθυνση της Περιφέρειας.
