Description The interested party shall be informed of the decision of the Municipal Council. This decision shall be subject to administrative appeal before the Secretary-General of the relevant Region within 15 days from the date of notification of the decision. The Secretary-General’s decision shall be subject to an application for annulment before the competent Administrative Court of Appeal.
