This constitutes Schedule C, granted by the AEN where the student is enrolled.
No such certificate (Schedule C) will be granted for board allowances to students who were disqualified due to not successfully completing a course or due to exceeding the permitted number of absences, or to students who enrolled as an exception for the third time or have exceeded four years of study as of the 2024-2025 academic year, except for students who had suspended their studies.

After qualifying students have received payment from the KNE Imprest Administrator, the AEN forwards the receipts showing payment of the board allowance to the General Directorate of Financial Services (GDOY/DOD). Once there, the relevant payments are audited, cleared and authorised by the GDOY/DOD of the YNANP for reconciliation with the KNE Imprests, and each payment order is issued by the AEN.

Description
A copy of the cover page of the payment order is forwarded, together with a list of beneficiary students, to the competent office of the Sailor Training Directorate (DEKN), which must submit an application for project funding to the Funding Entity (DIPROP) and notify the Directorate of Developmental Programming (DIANP) of the application. The DIANP evaluates the application for funding and issues a relevant opinion. The DIPROP transfers the corresponding amount from the PDE to the Special KNE Account as per the applicable legislation.
