The procedure concerns the provision, upon request, of a special identity card of indefinite duration to Albanian nationals of Greek descent and to their children residing in Greece. The following persons are also entitled to obtain the document:

a. The spouses of foreign nationals of Greek descent, who are also foreign nationals, irrespective of nationality, as well as their foreign national minor children from a previous marriages who are under their parental responsibility.

b. Widowed foreign-national spouses of foreign nationals of Greek descent.
