Rules concerning a lack of reply from the competent authority and the legal consequences for the use:
Within the 90-day period, the General Secretariat of Sports may prohibit the exercise of the profession, if the applicant does not obtain the legal conditions or if it does not provide assistance from the information submitted; after the expiry of the above period it is presumed that the applicant is free to engage in the occupation of coach (Article 3 of Law No 3919/2011). In such a case, the person concerned may apply for a certificate from the General Secretariat of Sports (Article 10(4) of Law No 3230/2004).
