6 Technical The ECUs are subject to the provisions: 1. Of the Building Regulation in Usage class “Health and Social Welfare”. 2. Of the New Building Fire Protection Regulation in usage class “Use H” 3. The design and configuration of the ECU spaces shall take into account the “Regulation on the elimination of architectural obstacles from Health and Welfare buildings, to facilitate their usage by disabled persons and persons of reduced mobility”.

7 Urban planning The plot of the ECU shall meet the conditions on land usage of the urban planning legislation in force; it shall be at least 300m away from the perimeter of an approved industrial zone, noisy workshops and generally unsanitary and annoying facilities, as these are characterized by the competent Committee established by law, in accordance with sanitary provisions in force and it shall be served by the drinking water, electricity, and telephone networks.
