Ο αρμόδιος υπάλληλος παραλαμβάνει τα δικαιολογητικά, αναζητά τ΄ αυτεπαγγέλτως δικαιολογητικά και ελέγχει στο σύνολο τους την πληρότητα, την κανονικότητα τους.

Αν τα υποβαλλόμενα από το νόμιμο εκπρόσωπο δικαιολογητικά δεν είναι πλήρη, τάσσεται εύλογη προθεσμία για τη συμπλήρωσή τους. Μετά την παραλαβή και τον επανέλεγχο των δικαιολογητικών, εφόσον διαπιστωθεί από την αρμόδια Υπηρεσία πως αυτά δεν είναι τα προβλεπόμενα από την παρούσα Αστυνομική Διάταξη, ενημερώνεται εγγράφως ο νόμιμος εκπρόσωπος της εταιρείας με αποδεικτικό κοινοποίησης.

Πλήρωση των προϋποθέσεων - Καταχώρηση στοιχείων στο Police on line
Description
Εξετάζεται αν συντρέχουν οι νόμιμες προϋποθέσεις άσκησης του επαγγέλματος και σε θετική περίπτωση, ο αρμόδιος υπάλληλος καταχωρεί τα απαιτούμενα στοιχεία στην ηλεκτρονική βάση του Police on line. Ενημερώνεται σχετικά και ο ενδιαφερόμενος.

Μη πλήρωση των προϋποθέσεων - Έκδοση απόφασης απαγόρευσης άσκησης της εν λόγω δραστηριότητας.
Description
Εφόσον διαπιστωθεί από την αρμόδια Υπηρεσία πως τα δικαιολογητικά δεν είναι τα προβλεπόμενα από την Αστυνομική Διάταξη, ενημερώνεται εγγράφως ο ενδιαφερόμενος, με αποδεικτικό κοινοποίησης.

Στις περιπτώσεις εκείνες κατά τις οποίες δεν συντρέχουν οι νόμιμες προϋποθέσεις, εκδίδεται από την αρμόδια αστυνομική αρχή Απόφαση Απαγόρευσης Άσκησης της εν λόγω δραστηριότητας.
