This book shall be maintained by the master of the floating facility; it shall be kept in the floating facility for three years after the last entry and be available for inspection by the Port Authority.

            • 6 Technical Every floating facility shall have a contingency plan in case of an emergency to address pollution. The plan shall satisfy the Authority in the jurisdiction of which the facility operates. The plan shall include, inter alia, how to remove the ship or floating craft from its place of operation.
