Η προϋπηρεσία 24 μηνών σε εργασίες συντήρησης στην αιτούμενη ειδικότητα, ανεξαρτήτως τίτλου σπουδών, αποδεικνύεται στην περίπτωση λοιπών φορέων ως ακολούθως:
Α. Υποπερίπτωση μισθωτού - από αναλυτική βεβαίωση προϋπηρεσίας από τον φορέα, στην οποία αναφέρονται τα ημερομίσθια αναλυτικά, καθώς και το αντικείμενο απασχόλησης από το οποίο προκύπτει η ειδικότητα, συνοδευόμενη από βεβαίωση οικείου ασφαλιστικού φορέα για το παραπάνω χρονικό διάστημα, καθώς και από βεβαίωση επίβλεψης από συντηρητή αρχαιοτήτων και έργων τέχνης εγγεγραμμένο στο Μητρώο Συντηρητών.
Β. Υποπερίπτωση ελεύθερου επαγγελματία με παροχή υπηρεσιών - από αντίγραφο σύμβασης όπου αναφέρεται το διάστημα και το αντικείμενο απασχόλησης, καθώς και αντίγραφα των δελτίων παροχής υπηρεσιών και βεβαίωση έναρξης επιχειρηματικής δραστηριότητας του αιτούντα και βεβαίωση επίβλεψης από συντηρητή αρχαιοτήτων και έργων τέχνης εγγεγραμμένο στο Μητρώο Συντηρητών.
Εξαίρεση αποτελούν οι περιπτώσεις όπου ο αιτών έχει προϋπηρεσία σε χώρες του εξωτερικού. Σε αυτήν την περίπτωση ο επιβλέπων συντηρητής δεν απαιτείται να είναι εγγεγραμμένος στο Μητρώο Συντηρητών της Ελλάδας.
Η προϋπηρεσία 24 μηνών σε εργασίες συντήρησης στην αιτούμενη ειδικότητα, ανεξαρτήτως τίτλου σπουδών, αποδεικνύεται στην περίπτωση λοιπών φορέων ως ακολούθως:

Description
Εφόσον η απόφαση είναι θετική, η Διεύθυνση Συντήρησης Αρχαίων και Νεώτερων Μνημείων εγγράφει τον ενδιαφερόμενο, εφόσον δεν εργάζεται στο Δημόσιο, στο Μητρώο Συντηρητών Αρχαιοτήτων και Έργων Τέχνης και του αποστέλλει την απόφαση. Σε αντίθετη περίπτωση αποστέλλεται η απόφαση απόρριψής.
