Within seven (7) days, the interested party is informed of the outcome of their application (certificate confirming that the legal conditions for provision of the service are met or rejection of the application) by the relevant Regional Directorate of Transport and Communications.
If there are reasonable suspicions concerning the authenticity of the submitted supporting documents, the relevant Region notifies the provider in writing and sets a further reasonable deadline for issuance of the certificate (this certificate does not constitute a condition for exercising the right to free provision of services, which is acquired solely by submitting the written declaration of temporary and occasional provision of services accompanied by the supporting documents provided for in each case, in accordance with Article 7 of Presidential Decree 38/2010).
