Notes:
Until 16 April of each year, operators who have already received a licence to establish a camp shall submit to the competent Regional Unit an application for an operation licence, if they wish to operate their camp. The application - solemn declaration shall state the conditions provided for in Article 5 ‘Conditions for granting a camp operation licence’ of Joint Ministerial Decision D22/oik. 37641/1450/2016 (Government Gazette, Series II, No 2712), according to which:
1. a decision approving the establishment must have been issued;
2. all the works provided for at the time of issuance of the establishment licence, the construction of all permanent facilities and, in general, the development of all the operational areas of the camp must have been completed.

In the event that the above deadline has expired, it shall be deemed that the application of the interested party has been tacitly approved and the licence has been issued, in accordance with Article 14(4) of Law 3844/2010 (Government Gazette, Series I, No 63). In the event of tacit approval as described above, the interested party may request the issuance of the relevant certificate from the Administrative Authority competent for issuing the deed, in accordance with Article 10(4) of Law 3230/2004 (Government Gazette, Series I, No 44).
