Conditions for non-commission of criminal offenses
The applicant shall not have been irrevocably convicted of a) any breach of his or her own indictment and shall be sentenced for at least 2 years of imprisonment (b) any breach of the provisions of Law 2168/93 and Law 3500/2006. Not to have been prosecuted to the applicant for: (a) acts punishable to the extent of a crime; (b) violations of the laws on drugs and social protection against organised crime; for terrorist acts; infringements of provisions concerning fishing with explosive substances or toxic substances and infringements of Law No 15 of 2168/93; (c) acts provided for in Law 3500/2006.
