Application - Solemn Declaration drafted by the person concerned under Article 8 of Law 1599/1986, which will indicate: "I announce to your service the operation of a business for the rental of motorcycles, tricycles and quadricycles over 50 c.c. without driver and I submit to you the documents provided for in the legislation in order to verify the existence of the legal requirements for the operation of the above business with the following data: name of the business, approved distinctive title (if any), business address (Municipality / Community, street, no., (municipality, municipality, address, postal code), VAT number of the enterprise, Public Financial Service (PFS) to which the enterprise belongs, telephone number, fax number, e-mail address, total number of vehicles: ....... (motorcycles: .......Tricycles: ........, quadricycles: .........).

At my own risk and knowing the penalties provided for by the provisions of par.6 of article 22 of Law 1599/1986, I declare that: 1.I possess a number of helmets and transparent vision protectors in proportion to the capacity of motorcycles and tricycles, in accordance with the specifications of the Joint Decision of the Ministers of the Ministry of the Interior, Development, Tourism Development and Transport and Communications (Government Gazette B 1389), which will be made available to drivers and passengers upon delivery of the motorcycle or tricycle. The invoices for the purchase of helmets and transparent vision protectors or other supporting documents shall be kept in the companys records and shall be presented during checks carried out by the competent authorities.

2. The space I use as an office facility exists legally in accordance with the applicable building planning legislation.

Legally operating businesses renting motorcycles, tricycles and quadricycles over 50 cc without a driver may establish branches throughout the Greek territory. For the legal operation of these, a Certificate of Subscription of Legal Requirements is required, which is issued by the relevant P.Y.T. of the Ministry of Tourism, following a relevant application (Application - Solemn Declaration under Article 8 of Law 1599/1986, see above) and submission of the documents provided for in par. 1 of article 2, except for (b) and (c), as described in the Joint Ministerial Decision 7350/2014, (Β 807).
