1.I possess a number of helmets and transparent vision protectors in proportion to the capacity of motorcycles and tricycles, in accordance with the specifications of the Joint Decision of the Ministers of the Ministry of the Interior, Development, Tourism Development and Transport and Communications (Government Gazette B 1389), which will be made available to drivers and passengers upon delivery of the motorcycle or tricycle. The invoices for the purchase of helmets and transparent vision protectors or other supporting documents shall be kept in the companys records and shall be presented during checks carried out by the competent authorities.
