Conditions for non-commission of criminal offenses
The person concerned (natural person or legal representative of a legal person) must not have been irrevocably or finally convicted for the following offences: intent homicide, espionage, robbery, theft, embezzlement, fraud, fraudulent bankruptcy, illegality, fraudulent evasion, corruption, counterfeiting, fraud, blackmail, slandering, crime against sexual freedom, economic exploitation of sexual life, violation of the law on drugs and mediators, illegal fishing using explosives, chemicals or plant materials or devices that produce electricity evacuation, breach of Law 192/1936 (A438) and any sentence to which civil rights have been deprived, or finally or irrevocably convicted and after the elapse of a five-year-period for misdemeanours or a ten-year-period for criminal offences.
