The applicant, in the aforementioned case of tacit approval, may request a relevant certificate from the administrative authority responsible for issuing the act, in accordance with paragraph 4 of article 10 of 3230/2004 (Government Gazette 44/A/2004).

3 Educational The applicant must have a degree: - of the Higher School of Physiotherapists of the General Hospital of Athens "King Pavlos" or - of the former Physiotherapy Schools K.A.T.E.E. and K.A.T.E., or - the physiotherapy departments of the schools of health sciences - welfare of the Technological Educational Institutions equivalent foreign schools in accordance with applicable law or •- equivalent foreign schools in accordance with applicable law or - Graduates of the Schools or Departments of Physiotherapy of the A.E.I. In case the interested party is a citizen of an EU member state. and has acquired his professional qualifications in another Member State - either as a self-employed person or as an employee, his professional qualifications must have been recognized by the competent body of the country.
