Application for authorisation of elevator maintenance workshop

Notes:

The application shall be submitted to the Development Directorate of the Region concerned, which is the permanent head office of the Workshop. The relevant Development Directorate of the Region shall keep a register with the authorisations of elevator maintenance workshops. A file is kept in the register which includes: a) The licence of the elevator maintenance workshop and the original professional licences of the person in charge and the members of the mobile workshops b) The lists of the elevators maintained by this workshop in printed or electronic form c) The solemn declarations under the law. 1599/1986 for undertaking and waiving maintenance d) Any acts imposing penalties and other relevant information. The licence of the lift maintenance workshop shall be renewed every 5 years by the same authority.
