Title

Application – Solemn Declaration considered as Solemn Declaration according to article 8 of Law 1599/1986, listing the details of the applicant natural or legal person, the Tax Register Number (AFM) and the Local Tax Office (DOY) to which the person belongs and where the commencement of operations has been performed, based on the Activity Code (KAD) 55.90.14.

The Solemn Declaration shall state the activities (educational/ demonstrational/ attendance) practiced within the agricultural operation, in case the accommodation is outside of its bounds.

If any of the activities thus declared is subsequently changed, the business shall submit a new Solemn Declaration.
