If the same entity operates the tourist accommodation and the swimming pool, the notification regarding the swimming pool installed at the tourist accommodation shall be submitted during the tourist accommodation notification phase. In the case of a subsequent addition of a new swimming pool, the notification of the tourist accommodation must be amended, and a new fee must be paid.
