The necessary supporting documents must be registered and posted to the OPS platform; during operation, the operator must maintain a file with all the required documentation for the operation of the swimming pool, which it must present when requested by the competent inspection authorities. If the same entity operates the tourist accommodation and the swimming pool, the notification regarding the swimming pool installed at the tourist accommodation shall be submitted during the tourist accommodation notification phase. In the case of a subsequent addition of a new swimming pool, the notification of the tourist accommodation must be amended, and a new fee must be paid.
