Description
The interested party submits to the competent service of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport the application/ solemn declaration, filled-in and signed, about the Provision of Temporary and Occasional Services, accompanied by all the necessary evidence.
Alternatively, the declaration and the evidence may be submitted to the Citizen Service Centres (KEP) acting as Single Contact Points (EKE) and forwarded to the competent service of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport.

Description
The interested party is notified about the outcome of his/her application (attestation for the fulfilment of legal requirements for service provision or rejection of the application) within a month.
If there are any difficulties that could lead to delays in decision making, the competent Authority of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport shall inform the provider - within one (1) month – stating the reasons of the delay and the new deadline to reach conclusion. The new deadline shall not exceed the two (2) months after the receipt of the supporting documents, according to article 7 PD 38/2010.
In the event of a substantial discrepancy between the provider’s (applicant’s) professional qualifications and the training required by by Greek law, and to the extent that this discrepancy may be detrimental to public health or safety, the competent authority may request from the provider tο demonstrate that he/she has acquired the relevant lacking knowledge, skills and competences through a proficiency exam provided by article 7 of PD 38/2010.
