Within three months of the announcement of the exercise of the profession, the Service may prohibit the exercise of the profession if the legal requirements for this are not met or if the submitted information does not show that they exist. After the expiry of the above deadline, the profession is presumed to be freely exercised (Article 3 of Law 3919/2011-FEK 32/A/2-3-2011). In the aforementioned case of implicit approval, the person concerned may request a relevant certificate from the administrative authority responsible for issuing the act, in accordance with par. 4 of Article 10 of Law 3230/2004 (FEK 44/A/11-2-2004).
